foollhardy swagger  was changed to increase 14% to your defensive target in GU 3 was it not?

scrolling over the tool tip today it says

Increaes the hate of all opponents with in 10m of your defensive target by 14%

i know we have talked about it not giving the correct amount befroe but is this what they changed it to?

Fool hardy swager since gu3 hasnt changed, its been the 14% hate gain.  The description on the tool tip is identical to what its been since gu3.

I REALLY wish they would fix this ability becase theres so many times this would help....14% is huge

it should that the defensive target is getting the hate.

so if you are your own def target you get the hate.  i think its worded poorly but thats how it was originally explained to us
