Clicking the statue for the last part of the quest from Kiyo does nothing.  No exclamation point when mousing over him.  Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry if this is patronising, but.....aren't you supposed to "fight" with the big stone block statue thingy. It doesn't take damage but you do, fights cuts out at about 5% hp or so, with a quest update.
And then it is time to spend 15 minutes meditating  Cry

I'm standing next to the statue.  Nothing happens when I click him, right click him, etc.  He "highlights" when I mouse over, but nothing else changes.  I can't attack him.  Am I doing something wrong here?  I tried relogging and that didn't help either.

Hm it sounds bad.
I suggest you just go do the harmonious quest-line, not only is it more dps anyway, but better solo, grouped, better for pulling ....
Dragon sucks at the moment, or rather harmonious kicks ass at the moment.

Try switching on auto-attack by using %. You can rekey it through the settings. Maybe you could also just try to open with Crescent Kick or summit. If you can't target it, then yes - you're facing a bug.
