Hi fellow Monks,

As you might know, I'm a Dragon. I've discovered this bug - sometimes Fist of Celerity will fail to activate but will have its reuse timer activated. Every time I've paid attention to it, it's been happening when Secret of Ice was on. It hasn't yet happened with Secret of Fire on. Maybe its cause is a cross between a Dragon stance and SoI / FoC, maybe not.

Have any of you noticed it?

Hmm not yet.   I have ice up almost 24/7 soloing.  I just got FoC and only used it a few times, but i'll hit it everytime it pops for a bit. see what happens.

Hmm, it's happened when I was in Secret of Fire today, too. For the purpose of narrowing down causes, here's the group setup (all assumed to have buffed me with everything they had):
- DK
- Disciple
- Rogue
- Blood Mage
- Peace Cleric
- Me, Dragon Monk.

Stance doesn't seem to matter, I've had this issue in all three Dragon stances. What will happen is the Jin does get consumed, yet the buff icon doesn't appear, and it doesn't have any effect - damage is normal.

That seems like a more general bug because i get something similar with errant strike and magnificent drunken swager.

I think its tied to server lag.  Basicly in my experience, its when im on the boarder line of having enough jin.... aka i have 5 jin, need 6, and just as i get 6 i press it instantly and i lose the jin and get no ability because the server took to long to realize i had the right amount of jin

Tested that theory by only clicking it when I had 10 Jin. Same thing. I haven't had it since I changed to Harmonious, though.
