currently you CAN learn it at 16, but the mobs are lvl 25 so your kinda sol and need to wait till 25

Which Sipders do you need to Fight Outside? the 3 Dots or the 4 Dots? Do you need to fight them to a certain health level? Sorry just retured to the Game and I've been Solo grinding the 3 dots from mid lv 24 to 75% into 25. Any Advise would be apperciated.

I learned it personally from the 3 dot spiders at 50% hp (go real slow from 55 to 40% hp on them).
Also consider uping your intellegence. I got str>dex>int now, sit at 9.5k raid buffed hp, with con i had 10.2k the increased dmg was far more worth it then the 600 hp

So when going with int to increase secrets damage there is no "set" int which it caps at? I was thinking the int had to be a certain number, then you make con the 3rd stat after you reach that number.

Off the top of my head: - druids - necros - psios - clerics - blood mages ==> not all of which will stack. |

I think there is a bug maybe? Even though the skill is supposed to be lv 16 maybe you still can't learn it till lv 26? Not sure but I had my intel up to 95 and just stood there and let the mob beat on me from 60-40% Health and nothing. Perhaps Quinn can check this on Test when he has some time? I know he's kinda busy at work atm but thought I'd share whats happening for me atm. Thanks agian for all of your help.

Its when the mob is 60 to 40. If its not working on the 3 dot spiders outside of TK at 25, then it might be buged or they might have moved it to lower level mobs.

Last month I Learned RitW I off the 4/5 dot spiders inside the walls I never got updates from mobs outside.
