LeadFoot, as to your Endurance 'issue": you seem to be forgetting that ALL Dragon attacks (save for gouging/sundering claw) are high endurance attacks, about 40% more costly than regular attacks. Don't believe me? Look at Six Dragon Strike and the cone AE and compare them to Boundless Strike and Whirling Storm, respectively.
In fact, their Endurance cost in ANY stance is about the same as your attacks are in Magnificent Tiger. So technically, Dragons are getting cheated out of using Aum Kor as well. It's not because Dragons don't use them, that that's not the case.
Second, you have considered making a macro to use your mitigation debuff in Eternal Crane, have you not? That takes the issue away, instantly - even with Aum Kor instead of Aum Ti.
Suffice it to say that in the field of Endurance expenditure, Dragons and Harmonious Monks are one and the same. And yes, I've played a Harmonious Monk at max level without Endurance regen gear. I NEVER ran out of Endurance through careful management of my stances and Ashen Hand - Jin is no issue with 3 steps of the Celestial Kick line.

As for solo compared to Rogues:
Since GU 3.2, Rogues have a Bloodlust ability that can be used outside of Stealth, almost as good as Stalking VI, their highest sneaking rank, was before the update. They also have an innate movement impairing immunity, stun resistance and a free 5% crit bonus on their attacks because of Assassin's Mark. And to complete the list, they don't sit at a Sorcerer's mitigation level when going on the offensive. The HP regen doesn't work in combat, so that point is moot.
They take down 2-dots fast (with a stun and then a couple of backstabs), they take down 3-dots at 50-50 odds, so do we Dragons.

As to debuffs versus group buffs: they are the same mountain top, reached by different paths.

Fujitsu: I agree. Stone Dragon would do better with 50% fire/ice and maybe 25% resistance versus other elemental attacks, not physical.

"Alternative suggestions"
No need to really say how crappy the hp regen stance and ae attacks are.
I would love to have the chance to swap back to dragon style one day, after all I was stubborn to stick with it till the moment I hit 50. I just don't see it coming without big changes. That style needs some love and dps.

I would love to see a skill like eq2 brigand's Dispatch, so dragon monks would bring something to the raid/group other than personal dps. Adding this to Sundering Dragon Claw would be a perfect choice because the description is already stating: "Savagely tears through your opponent" now just add "leaving it extremely vulnerable for the following 20 seconds." and make it increase incoming damage by 30%. Also an increase to the damage component and refresh time would make it balanced.

hmm, abilities that leave the mob vulnerable to more damage, i like it Smiley
Am amazed people still remember Eq2 stuff, then i remember not as many left it as soon as i did.  Game was too much like work for me... grind grind grind.  So much button mashing you couldn't speak during a fight.

Khana, loved your ideas when combined with the other Dragon suggestions.

Fuji, glad to see your inputs, and dedication to balance..

But i agree with Fujitsu also... input from non dragons caused us so many headaches from Beta til now, i'd rather nonDragons just stay out for a bit please, Fujitsu and others do a wonderful job policing our ideas and maintaining overall game balance, give us some time to hash things out, we'll ask for feedback later Wink

Peace
