Howdy gang,

Please use this thread to document bugs from the most recent patch GU3.2 / 3.3.  The monk pretty much is reborn in here so have at it, and let me know if something just isnt right.

I havnt posted here in awhile, but I am still noticing when you are in offensive stance (Dragon), I have 0.25% mitigation.  Out of stance I have 15% mitigation.  Even if it reduced it by a hard 10% that doesn't come out right.  Very confused.

In defensive stance I find I can plow t hough things I couldn't before, especially with the new ignore pain.  In offensive stance I am getting destroyed because I have pretty much 0 mitigation.  They should either fix it, or if it is as intended, think of another downside to dragon stance.  As the attack monk I would expect to be in offensive stance, not forced to defense if I want to solo for armor quest.

Not too sure if this is a bug... but since the last GU skill ups seems to be crazy frequent. I know this because I just got a bladed staff (never had one) and for 2 days before the patch I practiced with it and it was long and hard work to get to 100. After the GU I got my hand to hand and 2h pierce up to max (280) in less then 30 minutes.

Tradeskilling seemed faster too, but I can't base it on much.

Weapon skill ups should be 2-3x as fast, it was in the notes.  Not sure about everything else.

Im back to 0 mitigation at 50 also but its more to do with my wearing my hp set

The whole 0 mitigation thing was oringally intended to give a "glass cannon" effect. I would like to see the oriignal mitigation penalty come back (meaning a percent of your current mitigation. not as a whole number) . I havent seen any movement on that though. I however, will keep asking about it.

I'll keep it as part of "Operation: Dragon Stuffz" Ive been working on.

Fujitsu, I am pretty sure we will have to get a GM to force you to relearn your abilties.

Not sure if it is a bug or not but with teh change to reaction timers, using one type of reaction doesn't "turn off" other reaction timers. So for example, if I get a crit and the finishers open up, but dodge AND parry before choosing any reaction, I can still hit the 1st finisher in teh chain, then parry reaction, then dodge reaction.  Choosing one finisher does still turn off the other finishers though.

This adds a LOT of extra power to my monk. That coupled with teh extra Jin it feels like I have due to teh *wonderful* toggled secrets.

Just noting it as it didn't seem an intentional change.

Well, my personal view: a cannon is a ranged weapon. We would be more of a glass battering ram, which sort of defeats the purpose Smiley
I'd be okay with the original penalty, as that was noticeable enough.

Well i agree i also feel a glass cannon would be the most damaging weapon in the game at the cost of dieing really easily.

What we currently have is a so-so damaging class that dies easier then any class in the game.

Thus currently we are a glass-dull scissor

1) useing aums to learn new skills still removes finishers from the combat bar
2) celestial kick of the master still says its only 600 dmg (its melee+600 and has been for a while)
3) using aums to learn new skills doesnt always work (i got 3-4 fails before i learned the skills, it might be that i went from dragon to harmonious and those where the 3 skills i had alread in my book)
*Updated
4) Diamond Skin doesnt go away after you change out of harmonious monk (gonna try dieing)
5) Whatever stance you were in when you switched form, you keep the buff for it up (i know have 3 stances on at once, i can click em off and they go away when dieing but i AM benifiting)
6) After changing styles i still have wave hands 1, 2, and north wind

Thank god it's not just me.  Was playing my monk yesterday and all of my finishers/openers greyed out, and for the life of me I couldn't figure out why.

I would hear the sound of them opening, but nothing was lighting up at all.  Macros, keystrokes etc weren't working.  One thing to mention though is that I didn't use any Aum to attempt to learn new skills.  I did use it to refresh the buff itself however.

Which leads me to the 2nd bug.. Aum Liat(Run speed buff) is not retaining it's buff if you log.  When you log back in, I am finding that the icon is there, but I have no run speed modifier.  Have not checked the parry buff though.

It may just be me but i think there are issues with debuffs appearing on mobs similar to the problem we had awhile back
