Ushiba

aum kor igives us 25% refresh
forget name of buff 20% refresh
drunken stance10% refresh

for drunken monks alrady breaking 50% refresh the buff you suggest would make the minority of monks who play drunken 70% refresh with a full set and 60 for dragons and harm's.

while i like the idea seems a bit over the topto add the refresh timer on number of pieces you suggest.

I agree with hp  and no evasion on the gear (as i said in post with changes to ritw and others evasion is not really needed as much) Hp however is still low on that set was my overall point. My thought is that there will be one of the worn effects giving more hp or at least i hope this is the case.

Have to say looks very sweet indeed Smiley

Its hard to comment on stats tho without knowing what the special effect adds; resists? regen? who knows...

The armor set bonus are now active and as  follows

Furious Order - Gained from haveing 3 pieces of the set
+5 Con
+10 dex
+25 physical resistance

Flow of Tranquility
Gained from having 5 pieces of the set
5 percent chance on attack to self buff +25 percent refresh timers for 8 seconds

They are debating on adding a Possible 7 armor bonus but dont want to make it so the gear keeps people from upgrading it in future because of the bonus buffs.
So at this time as long as you keep any 5 pieces of the set worn out of the 9 you can keep the bonus effects,
This leaves plenty of room for any dropped gear to go into slots that one would feel a certian piece doesnt live up to what someone thinks is not as good as it can be

really would rather have endurance regen and more hp for a trade off  for no bunus buffs at this time. Now if they give a buff out for 7 pieces we can lok at it again. just my 2cp's

Yeah, endurance regen does seem to be missing.

Recently my Guild has been collecting more HP gear for the forthcoming raids. It came to my attention that in order to make every last bit of DPS our HP suffers considerably.

We need HP to survive pulling in AWP or indeed the AOE Dots, thus makeing most of the AWP Set useless.

Can we have more constution and HP, as it stands its easy to hit the cap on STR and Dex so why we need any more?

Putting monk refresh haste at 50% for Harmony, and Dragon Monks, and 60% for Drunken???

Is this overkill??

was just trying to point that out,  in the reply. is why I would rather go HP and endurance regen honestly.

if you want to be cheap  [ cost wise ]  on HP gear , I know that the scratched -------     ------- armour stuff items drop in afrit and rhaz for medium.  each piece has roughly 100hp str dx stats on it.

What good will refresh haste do if we're constantly out of endurance and/or dead?

Assuming there will be clerics and shamans, we will get some endurance buffs.  Equipment based endurance buff is getting a nerfin so I don't want to see precious equipment points allocated for a piddly endurance regen unless its on the order of 12 per 6 seconds or more.

Also, in my opinion, APW gear shouldn't be gear only tailored to surviving APW.  It should be kickass gear for general play.  So adding in tons of HP and such is a waste as well.  Let the monks use their brains and pick and choose crafted and quested gear for APW survival.

Also because of the attribute caps, having procs on gear is nice.  I'd like to see something like JIN regen or true feign death or something to that effect or anything that is very monk specific.

Seems a crime to have to drop str and dex because of the cap, oh well, i guess it can be balanced with jewelery and re spec points if needs be.

Specific Monk skills like FD, Jin, Kick,  Etc I like the sound of this too

While HP is very important in these raids DPS is just as important. Not all of these fights follow traditional rules of DPS simply speeding up the inevitable win. Not going to say much more beyond that really.
