equally good suggestions, was just recognizing that drunken monks will need a few more tweaks now

By the way, with the update coming so soon and these changes seeming to go in with the next update, will we see changes for the drunken monk BEFORE the next patch? Because as I think we all know, this would break drunken monks pretty bad as they are the tanking spec with virtually no agro increasers.

these changes hit test last night, and unless taliksar gets the revisions to the skills in tonight before 3pm, chances are they further drunken tweaks wont go live till a week or so after gu 3.2.

That said, its entirely possible taliksar will have updated code/skills for drunken monks and that the changes will hit tests today at 6-7pm cst (typical time) and will thus go live next week on the patch.

The goal was to get them pushed in to the latest test build asap so that it can go live with everything else.

Silius stopped by Saradon today as a courtesy visit.  I was able to tell him some of my concerns  regarding these changes and how they would effect my drunken monk.  I only got two brief replies from him but he did say,  "We are looking into ways to compensate for the monk changes."

As a drunken Monk myself I would love to see another Goading Slap type ability to help give agro to my defensive target . I personally only tank in a few groups outside of raids but  i would still like to see our agro generated better somehow,perhaps a increase of hate on the drunken sway stance.

from what ive seen tanks=dk n warriors have enough  trouble keeping agro as it it ive seen sorcers peel mobs off tanks with high crit spells then drop like a lead paper wieght Cry them selves .

on my dragon monk i'm happy with my dps it really never out dps dk or warrior which is fine with me  cause it keeps grp more class balanced that way  my waning palm dont work at all really ive def tartget healers pop waning palm and it does nothing.

so i guess i could say my formula is dps= dps= dot = dot = jin surge "rinse repeat+ chain attacks ect{ dragon style}

i take the least aggro most times tho if we lose healers then tanks i to drop ike a lead paper wieght

somtimes i just cant click that fd fast enough crazy2...trap hands? jeering kick???

man did i pick the wrong style or what? i walked right by the dodge viper and picked vw ?..gheese Wink
