I heard this particular 2 handed bladed staff will outdamage or even come close to a Hand of the God king but also has the endurance regen which is key for us monks. I realize there is a nice grind involved (something about 500 shards) to get this weapon though. I've heard its much better then the graystone rewards as well.

Anybody have some information on how I can obtain this weapon for my almost lvl 40 monk? Ive been having trouble finding information on this. Any help would be appreciated, my monk is getting out DPS'd by rangers left and right I want to try to even it up a little
