I just dinged 40 and tested this one.

12 Jin and a 10 minute reuse for 40 seconds of, supposedly, 120-150 proc on every hit and 5% damage boost in general. First off, this seems worse than Fire or Ice. Second, I didn't see my lowest hits changing... they were still around 120, as always.

Is secret of transcendence even working? Is the tooltip wrong, maybe? Do any of you use this Secret?

all secret are broken, use int as primary stat

If it doesn't seem to grant the 5% increase, there must be more amiss than just INT...

The secrets line are using charector attribute modifiers  vit / wis for Healing and Int for damage. This should not be the case as it is diluting the ability.

I finally have gotten some time to speak with Sigil so hopefully I can get this stalled wagon rolling again.

Confrimed: Secrets of Trascendance is bugged the % Damage part of the buff was not lasting the full duration.  Jin cost is being lower to 8 and reuse it being lowered to 5 mins.

Fixing Secret of Transcendence is a possitive but I would really like to know when they are going to start looking into the class as a whole.

I'm not complaining, at least they are starting to look at us..just one of many things that I'm sure will be fixed soon. Just give SOE a chance guys, they areworking on a lot all at one time and while I can't believe that the last patch had so much to do with bards, I'm sure they will be doing the same with all classes. We have all benn VERY patient throughout this entire game, and we just need to hold out a lil longer.

Kepp your heads up guys, I know QTM is doing the best he can and I thank him for it. Our time will come!
