The first two, you'll have to create through the Infineum quest line... Forging the Weapon I think. The entire line starts with Scholar Donovan at the top of the hill at Donovan's Roost. You'll need a group to do most of the quest line. IIRC, forging the weapon does cost 2g or something, when at the time I bought it, I paid 20s on the broker.
