I haven't done extensive testing but it hits for ~ 650 average for me at the moment (up to over 1k). That was probably just a really unlucky hit there?

Only part I've played since patch was some fooling around with a disciple friend. Storm Dragon proced quite plenty at 620+ in duels, so appears to work better than intended (no half damage in pvp, like thrown weapons).

I have a lvl 18 dragon monk and my proc also is only firing off for 15-18 damage. Ive tried unequipping and relogging and stance switching but it always is now doing 15 or so damage. I have also tried various mobs just incase it was just a heavily resistent mob but same no matter what I fight its 15 damage.

yes..i'm a level 16 monk and i'm getting around 12-15 damage per proc on all the mobs i've been trying..the lower damage proc is on like level 18 mobs and the higher damage proc is level 15 mobs..

Maybe the first storm stance is bugged.  Magnificent Storm Stance is working fine at level 48.

It's in the dragon monk overview. Quinn has it in his Agenda too.
