How do you deal with endo while solo fighting mobs? I find I ahve no problem killing mobs 2-3 lvls higher than me but there seems to be an issue with endo running out fast. Any suggestions about regaining it in combat or tactics that use less endo as far as conservation? Thanks for any help. My Monk just turned lvl 17.

As a 50 Dragon Monk, I use swaying step and then counterattack over and over if I have to solo something.  Works out well for me. I pop RitW also if it's up to help out some.  My endurance stays up nicely.  I also use the Aum Ti which gives me some parry and makes my abilities cost less endurance which helps too.

I don't solo much though.

With Aum Ti I have no problems whatsoever as a lvl 46 Dragon Monk (in Strom Dragon Stance).
Higher up you will also find endurance regen items which help out nicely too.

Finding a good balance between jin und endurance is also the key to fighting well - both in groups and solo.
And like already mentioned if it gets tough I also use our two def skills and keep hitting the counters.
