Somehow they managed to fill up a lot of lines on the patch, yet the only changes I notice are a cooldown on errant strikes (thank you) and the nerf to RiTW...and breaking most of our secrets.

Exploding Heart, still subpar to kick chain. Average damage with 70/54dps weapons 650, 800, 3500. Needs to be atleast double this...if not triple.
Time is more valuable then endurance costs, and still would choose kick over this chain...not to mention a 5 min cooldown on it. I thought the dev's were trying to move monks away from only being able to dps once every 3 mobs? 5 min cooldown on our "big end game" finisher just sets them back to where we started.
2 attacks for  kicks = anywhere from 3k-6k dmg (crit depedant), 3 attacks for exploding heart = 4500-6000 dmg on average (seems lower crit chance then kicks as well).

Really wish Tali would listen to the community rather then make assumptions about us. Or perhaps try playing one for a few hours... The changes aren't helping, try something new. All thats happening is moving crap around, nerfing this, upping that....fix it, dont take away the things we have working to fix something that ends up being another nerf.

Drunken avoidance stance "increase to overall monk parry/dodge" has somehow reduced me by 4% overall avoidance....If you can't fix it I request you leave it be until you can do so properly.
