At 50 the health regen is approximately 75 HPs a tick. Not super overpowering awesome but if FD and you have a DoT ticking away you shouldnt fear the reaper so to speak.

Well I played with it as a level 26 dragon monk and while its helpful id like to see it more regen out of combat. The regen is not noticable in combat. I get 36 hp every 6 seconds, i get hit a ton harder then that and would need more regen to make it worthwhile to use over storm dragon. I still like the idea of regen only out of combat but a nice chunk more then its giving now. So would still regen in feign and keep downtime low.
Just an idea.

Couple data points, L18 Dragon Monk, Dragon Stance healed for 24 a tic, levelled to 19 and it went to 26.

Loving Storm stance, the proc is VERY random in damage, seen 100's and just shy of 300. Mitigation loss seems to not be a major thing at all

I love the damage changes !

About the 20% mitigation loss: I regularly tank in Storm Dragon stance with a group of buddies, and the healers (2 of them) didn't notice an increase in healing needed, nor did I see my health drop faster than before. The change to mitigation is, as far as I can tell, non-existant or marginal. Perhaps it wasn't in the tooltip before but it is now?

Actually I rather don't mind the hit to mitigation as I rely more on avoidance when soloing/tanking.

Storm stance + refreshing RITW + constantly spamming counterattacks = goodness with no loss of avoidance.

Something else to test is whether Storm Dragon proc now plays nicely with Iron Hand.  Theoretically Iron Hand shouldn't lower the damage of the Storm Dragon proc anymore making it that much more useful.

And Dragon Stance finally working = big huzzah.  Should make FD far less painful when FD splitting.  Or when FD soothing/lulling.  Heck in any situation where you are lFD'd and a mob hasn't "forgotten" you and you're so low on life that you don't want to risk re-FDing to shake it loose.

Personaly i love the changes to Dragon monks, im level 24 getting +33 regen in Dragon, hitting in the range of 200-500+(hit around 500 when i was slightly buffed but Tongue) in Storm dragon, and it dosent seem to be much change for Stone, but like we have all been saying its about time monks got some loves, and Sigil not making the classses that are already overpowered more powerful.

I believe Iron Fist is still bugged where it is actually lowering dmg output rather then adding to it. It changs your attack rating in character screen, but it is overriding one of our other dmg factors...possibly str. It's a known bug, using Iron Fist seems to drop my dmg by around 40-120 per swing, rather then adding 75.

Iron fist is buggy, there is a stacking issue I cant quite pin down w/o looking at soudrce code. Depending on buffs it works or debuffs. I sent if off to Aviar to look at the code.
