This is a work in progress. I've looked many places for some sort of information about it and haven't found anything solid yet. This is assuming you have the key to LTT.

Step 1: To start the quest you must enter LTT. The altar which started it is called Dakkar. It can be found in the vault. From the zone in go right, then right again when it comes to turns.

Step 2: It asks you to get 4 symbols, which are gotten from any mob within the forest and LTT. You need:
Pearl Symbol
Sun Symbol
Shadow Symbol
Moon Symbol

Step 3: Hand them back in. Youlll recieve a 1hand slashing sword , thatls fine.

Step 4: From here, head out to the front of LTT. At the bottom of the steps you'll see LTT's advisor. He'll start you on the upgrading process.

Step 5: The first quest asks you to kill 10 creepers(flying bugs) 15 stonegazers (little birds that are found nearest the starting area of the forest, as there is petrifiers farther in that are 4 dots) and 25 wolves. Wolves are easily found if you hang a left from entering the forest at the gate and continue down to the beach youll see a ton of them.

Step 6: Hand that in, he'll send you to the other side of the mountain to the cave at LTT and require you answer 4 riddles. You cant mess up here really. If you answer wrong it just shoots you back 75 feet which is a good way to raise Safe fall.
Iirc the answers are ..

1. Emperor
2.Tower
3. Circumstance
4. Wisdom

Step 6: Hand this quest in. He';ll tell you to kill Akoa, which is found right near him. If you face the way the NPC is, head that way hes on the hill side. Hes a level 21 3 dot iirc. easy to do with 1 other. Run back to and turn it in.

Step 7: Step 7 requires you to go to the flame . Basically if you Take the back way up, past akoa. Jump down on the ramp and clear to the very top of LTT. Youll see the flame. Use your crystal to start the event. Now. Youll get mobs more then 1:P

These mobs spawn 1 after the other.

First : Queen something something - level 20 4 dot
Second : Lord something or other - 21 4 dot
Third : Another guy 22 4 dot
Fourth 22 5 dot.
Fifth : 23 5 dot

Basically this event requires a group or at least 4 very solid players.
Its really good exp and the last guy drops some nice loot. He also drops the rune that is required to finish your weapon.

once you receive the run simply run back down to the advisor and turn it in. He'll tell you to run to the tablet, which is just over near the big rock you should be able to see there. hand it in and your done!

This is as far as i got as i was duoing and we died. However ill update it later today when i complete it.

The weapon Dakkar becomes Kel'Dakkar which is monk AND disc usable martial sword. 27 dps and 18% parry vs 24th level mobs. Pretty cool sword to get you up to some of the cool player made weapons and/or Pantheon of the Ancients weapon.

Nod, its disciple usable, however the stats are horrible for a disc Tongue

It will last you till you can get some player made ones also the CIS quest one i think is a tad better.

A bug I keep running into with this quest the past two days comes whenyou have to face Akoa.  I go to the position, and there are 2 Akoa's standing there.   One is aggro immediately, and attacks me, but I cannot fight back.  I get "invalid target" when I attempt any attacks.  The other one is attackable, but non-aggro.  I've killed it, just to be sure, and it does not give any quest updates when killed.  Anyone else run into this issue?  is there any sort of workaround for it?  Or am I just stuck for now?

Hey there !

Just so you know, i had the same bug on Akoa myself tonight.. Well, petitioned, bugged, been waiting a bit and no answer. Tried to delete quest, take it back, etc, while waiting for the petition, got no answer.

I connected back in today, and noticed i was able again to attack Akoa (petition wasn't closed or answered), so i killed him - quest hadn't been updated.
Took the quest another time, mob repoped and killed on 1st attemp, got my sword now Smiley

Soo.. All this to say, perhaps give it half a day or a full day for the mob to get unlocked, then perhaps you'll be lucky and get your quest done !

Same thing with Akoa this afternoon. I think it's a common bug happening with golden mobs. If you die on them or whatever, they don't depop and nobody can attack them anymore.

I'm actually waiting for it to depop, and I hope I won't have to wait for the server restart or whatever, becauser I was hoping to do the Generals and finish the quest tonight.

Where's the key at anyway? Is it that medallion that drops from random mobs and requires sun symbol, etc etc?
