Has Sigil release that FD is not working as intended? I for one am a pretty big fan of the current system for Feign splitting and pulling. There seems to be definate calculations involved with splitting atm and is more then just waiting for mobs to walk back to their spawn point and trying to peel one off. I for one am kind of hoping FD stays as is. I think that by trying to 'fix' Feign it will only make our jobs harder.

For those struggling with feign splitting, I would suggest spending some serious time discovering the current mechanics. It is more then possible to get singles in a very timely manner without the use of Nerve Strike or anything outside of FD.

That issue has been known for a while and has also been discussed quite a few times in the forums.
What I am a bit sad about on top is the fact that you can't really monk train. Even if the other group members haven't hit or cast anything on the mobs they WILL aggro on them.

But on the other hand, I guess it does make sense..why would they run past a bunch of players and ignore them 

If FD is broken, then what's it supposed to work like?

I just barely started my monk, but the reason I did start it was because I watched a monk that was splitting mobs. I hope it's still going to be possible to break things down for the group so we can be the main pullers given the situation of non-linked groups.

I'm not sure if you were asking me, but I wasn't splitting, just watching someone split, but he peeled them off one by one somehow. My monk started the day before yesterday and won't get FD till tomorrow.

Oh good, I like the EQ splitting too. As long as we can split mobs down to their smallest parts better than other classes I'm happy.

There are formulas in place that will allow you the same results 100% of the time. If you figure out the elements of the formula to pull a single you can repeat the scenario in different situations where you force the same setup.
