Aye, very informative.

I'm only level 30 (really not rushing whatsoever to level, if you can blame me) and I'm very perplexed as to why several of our Dragon attacks are on 5-10 minute timers? I've been using the same damn attacks for what 15 levels now and the only real new attacks we get are on long ass timers when they're not even really that good to begin with? What gives with that?

Meh, I for one am not in favor of high cooldown attacks, I think if anything scale the effect of the attack so it can be used at least every minute or just remove the damn  thing altogether.

Long cooldown attacks = zZzZz

I don't like long cooldowns either.  I always feel like they're "special" and I shouldn't use them unless I really need to, thus they end up going untouched most of the time.  I would rather have more useful no-cooldown attacks.

Offensive skills should have short timers like 30secs or at least 1minute.  30minute timers should be reserved for really really powerful skills.  Secret of Celerity barely fits the description of "really really powerful".  Barely.  Tiger Pounce, Trapping Mantis Claw, Northwind whatever line should all have reuse timers reduced so they can be used relatively frequently, similar to thousand fists.

I'd hate to use the same flying kick combo again and again and again and again at level50 still.

I think palm explodes the heart should have a chain where if the first 2 (three finger strike, hammer fist) only deal like 100 damage each, palm explodes the heart shoudl deal 10k easy and be put on a 1 minute refresh.  just my opinion.  Kinda sucks to get to lvl 50 and realize the abilities you have since the 20s are as good as its gonna get.

Exactly, how in the hell is it intended that throughout almost 30 levels up until 50 you have the chains that will do the most damage from your class? That makes absolutely 0 sense and I refuse to believe that's intended.

Well if you have a phorobucket account (or anywhere to host it really) just PM a link to the pic it to me. Take the screenshot, edit it to show only the tooltip, save as a JPEG, then upload it to the host. Or you can email the full screenshot to me, I am pretty sure my e-mail is in my profile.

1) Iron Skin - what's the duration?
2) Aspect of the Spirit Dragon - does this grant levitation, as the description says "<snip> rising off the ground <snip"
3) Secret of Transcendence - how much is the proc damage? What's the damage increase? For 12 Jin and 10 mins recast, does this increase damage output per hit by 700-1k as one would expect?

Attacks
1) Nerve Strike 1... huh? This one never gets upgraded? Does it still work on mobs your level?

Counters and more
1) Dragon Sweep its Tail - does this one really deal fixed damage, independent of weapon damage, or is the tooltip bugged?
2) Soaring Leap - How does this great jump thing actually work?

Aums
1) Aum Ti - is the duration also 1 hour?
2) Aum Kor - melee haste seems useless. Is the 25%¨refresh haste useful? For 10 Jin... I hope so.

1) 15 seconds. Puts your mitigation to 65% (the cap)
2) Yes, but it grants invisibility to your defensive target - but regardless you'll get the levitation and illusion that you're invisible (if you gave it to another) which might get you into trouble into you figure that out (or read this!).
3) 5% damage increase, procs are about 150 damage (according to tooltip). However, it's bugged and lasts a full minute (like all transcendance). Why it's on a 10 minute timer? Well, it dosen't appear to have to much reason, but seems pretty consistant with the general tested level of monks. ~

As long as the mob isn't immune, it will land.

1) Yes - the tooltip is correct.
2) You jump forward. Accelerates you quite nicely if done midjump. Fluff skill really, but has it's uses getting around.

1) Yes.
2) Well, it lasts an hour, so the jin cost isn't that much of an issue (seeing you need to meditate anyhow). Refresh haste has it's uses if you're keen on using a lot of skills that involve reuses - and since it (apperently) stacks with psionist refresh and bard, you can about halve the reuse timers.
