Acoording to a post on SV End regen is gonna be moved to per tick basis, while Energy regen is going to be per second.  Undecided

I'm not quite sure I follow, how does End and Energy restore itself now? It's far different from per/tick?

Sorry, just a bit confused and would like a little clarification. buck2

On the same note... can you provide a link? I mean, I'd like to read this as well.... to just follow what is going on. SV is a big place, and I've searched briefly for the thread in question and couldn't really find it.

The way I read the remarks from Cylus is to mean Endurance regen items are being moved to "per tick" instead of the "per second" they are now. That's not the same as Endurance regen itself.

That is how I'm reading it too... but there is room for speculation unfortunately.

Re-reading it, I think they plan to move all health and energy regen mods on items to "per second" regen while putting endurance regen mods at "per tick". Makes sense since endurance is from a fixed pool that never changes.

I suspect this isn't really anything to be too alarmed about. The change will only affect those with items with regen mods on them and even then, the change makes sense.

And for the record, 1 tick = 6 seconds.

Yeah i am curious to know how much per tick.  Guess that will make auto attack valid again lol.
it was about 2 to 3 secs before regen started.  This will infact double our wait time for end.  What do you think it would be ?  25%? that would take 24 seconds to go from 0 to 100%...

Aye Vinjin got it right... it's about the end regen items.  Nothing alarming unless you're a end regen whore like me LOL.

I have extra +4 end regen due to my equipment, and what it does is I get 4 extra end per second.  Which allows me to spam a little more.  Just a little bit.

But once the regen is changed to per tick basis, its effect is going to be very insignificant.

Yea.. the effect is probably going to be fairly insignificant and not much to be alarmed about. But it does affect us minimally... but imo... we have bigger fish to fry.

How much per tick is directly tied to the cumulative total of the regen mods you have on items. So if you have a total of 4, it means you will regen an additional 4 Endurance each tick (instead of each second) on top of your normal endurance regen.

Again, I'm fairly certain this has nothing to do with Endurance regen itself, only items with +Endurance regen mods on them. Yes, the change means if you have these items, the change will negatively impact you but I think the change makes sense given that health and energy have actual number pools that increase while Endurance is a fixed pool of 100 that doesn't change.

The change makes sense.  I have +1 from my CiS legs and i normally get back 20 every 3 seconds.  With these pants on i get 23 every 3 seconds because of how the end regen stat is working.  I felt that someone would notice eventually and fix it.  I was just hoping it would be a little while longer.  I mean... +1 end regen right now is 15% more end per tick(3 secs) of endurance.  I just hope that unlike what cylus says on his post, it stays at 3 seconds instead of geting nerfed to 6 seconds LOL!

Doesn't make any sense to me... whats 20 regen per 3 seconds compared to 40 regen per 6 seconds?  Only thing that makes sense to me is if there's a difference in total regen after a change.

Yeah the fix was coming.. to me it was obviously not intended.

No... end regen ticks are 3 seconds.  Cylus said 6... its 3.
