1.  Up our dps
2. fix the feign bug

You can put the other crap on the back burner, but to make us useful again fix these 2 things.  I don't give a crap if ability a or some stupid attack is missing.  As long as we have these 2 things working I'll be more then happy.

I think that is about as short and to the point summation as you could make.

Our DPS feels too low for a DPS class, but it is difficult to know exactly what is going on DPS wise as I don't have a parser for Vanguard.  In particular, I find DPS is quite inconsistent for a monk, with significant disparities due to finishers having a random element to them.
