I've been one of the most vocal and often times one of the first to complain about the monk class as a whole. So I would like to be one if not the first person to say thank you to the Sigil Development Team and to our vigilant Team Lead Quinn.

We harped about not recieving any type of news; and now hearing that we are way far away down on the dps chart from our other offensive fighter counterparts, and that we will be getting a dps bump has made this monk very happy.

So kudos, and thanks I look forward to the upcomming patches.

Where did you read that at?  Would you mind posting a link?  I'm not being a jerk.  Just at work so, I can't dig for it right now.

EDIT:  nm, my next tab had the forum post from QTM.  Woo hoo.  Now they just need to patch us to where we need to be.

Not to be pessimistic, although I am happy about hearing some things. I will reserve my thank you when I see some patches with monk loving.  Saying something isnt right and actually making it right are 2 different things.  Again I am very happy but I wont hold my breath till I actually see the patches

but if you start holding your breath when you see the patches then you'll pass out and won't be able to enjoy them....

Ive seen several of your posts, and you kept asking for some confirmation. I highly doubt Quinn is lying about his discussions with the Devs. So you got your answer, they are working on it and found monk dps lacking. You dont have to fly out there and throw them a party, but concede at least a thank you for them, if it doesnt pan out then you can return to your usually scheduled bitching.
