the exploding heart techn for dragon monks what gives with the refresh timer on o that chain one time it will say refresh 5 min next time it says refresh 3.45 min ? ...just curious

One of the following could change it:
- Using Aum Kor
- A psionicist's Temporal Acceleration
- Probably other class buffs that give refresh haste.

Just wondering, maybe it might be a good time to update this list, or remake it?
Unsure if it's still sticky-worthy at this point, as a lot of the issues here are outdated.
