I really don t see what those screenshots should proof ? you allways have a fixed dmg number for all skills which is without any bonus that may or may not apply and if you get 100% although you havent spend any points into it its actually a good thing?
anyway my h2h crits constantly outdamage (by atleast 200%) my 2h crits the 2h crits should give double crit damage - seems to be not working as intended? or just a day of bad luck? h2h dmg and 2h was rougly the same about 20 total damage difference (not dps)

Going with similar logic, we'd be looking at Necro's putting attribute points in STR because one of their physical based spells required it. We're a melee class, we have no business raising INT, WIS and VIT in the first place. Second, it's already been stated that Secrets and IP are not supposed to be influenced by INT and VIT respectively, by devs.

50% of the monk races have vit int and wisdom as a raising stat
so what I would like to see is a 100% effectivness without any points in said stats and more dmg/healing for monks with those stats - guess this would make anybody happy

Swaying Step turns of auto attack , turning it back on or using an ability removes the effect. Is this how it is supposed to work? The ability's description doesn't mention anything about not being able to attack while it is on.

Swaying step is supposed to turn off auto attack as it considers you going "Defensive" in order to get that dodge bonus. The other offensive fighters who get this type of ability are under the same restrictions. Having said that I think we should be able to use certain other abilities while keeping this active. Exactly ! In group settings, races that get INT and/or VIT would benefit from this solution.

Clumsy Whirl seems to be bugged, I played for about 4 hours and used it every time I could. My damage range was from 1 to 5 points of damage except for the one time I managed to get one off for 7 points and got an epic with an additional 76 points of damage.
I was using bare fists, T4 flawless wraps of striking, T3 superior martial sword & staff, and used all 3 of my stances. It didn't make one bit of difference..
Two typical excerpts from log:: [22:52:37] [22:52] <GREEN>You successfully perform Swaying Step III. [22:52:41] [22:52] You begin autoattacking. [22:52:41] [22:52] Your <highlight>Clumsy Whirl I</color> hits Salt Flat Oyster for <highlight>5 (3+2)</color> damage. [22:52:41] [22:52] Your <highlight>Clumsy Whirl I</color> hits Salt Flat Oyster for <highlight>5 (3+2)</color> damage. [22:52:41] [22:52] Critical hit for an additional 2 points!
[22:57:32] [22:57] <GREEN>You successfully perform Swaying Step III. [22:57:34] [22:57] You begin autoattacking. [22:57:34] [22:57] Your <highlight>Clumsy Whirl I</color> hits Salt Flat Naethod Drifter for <highlight>1</color> damage. [22:57:34] [22:57] Your <highlight>Clumsy Whirl I</color> hits Salt Flat Naethod Drifter for <highlight>1</color> damage.
Edit: The mobs were 34-38 2 dots and I'm in the middle at 36.

I hit 38 the other day and received Clumsy Whirl II after meditating. Now it hits for decent damage. I guess the low damage against 30+ mobs with Clumsy Whirl I is just VG's way of letting you know that ability is due for an update.
It still seems like something is wrong with it (Clumsy Whirl I), shouldn't it have hit for at least close to the stated damage against mobs until it reached the level 38 cap?

It should still hit for a decent amount of damage, I could not reproduce this on test however but, I did send it on so that the devs can look at the code behind it to see if there is any potential wierdness with it.

I have noticed a strange bug this week. It occured twice. I can't remember the exact surrounding factors for the first time, but I do for this time. I was fighting versus a Xandrik Vindicator at the Crypt of Umyebum in Abassimi Lake. I used Secret of Celerity while I was in Immortal Stone Dragon stance. Then I switched to Legendary Storm Dragon stance and Celerity poofed. It still had about ten seconds on the timer. Half an hour later, the chunk reset and kicked me and my group to character select. Ping at the time was around 140.
This is a rare bug in my experience, but it does occur. And when it does, it's hugely annoying. I've /buged it too. I hope this detailed report helps.
