Patch notes today says it should be working.  In beta it would make you jump near 5 meters or so? Its a good jump and you could hit it and hit fd before you land so kinda nice when trying to ditch a mob that is camping you.

the jump is awsome, if you jump first then use the leap ability at the peak of your normal jump you can cover good distances, i think its pretty competitive to bard speed if you constnatly use this with the aum lait on at the same time

you'll be out of endurance fast. when game went live, soaring leap had no endurance cost. feb 7 patch fixed it and added 10 endurance. few days later, a patch changed it to 25 endurance. so the best you can do is 20 endurance per use after lv40. and a bard's speed is nothing compared to a monk with soaring leap. you don't even need to have run buffs to out run them just as long as you aren't going uphill.
