I am trying to do my drunken mastery quest as a dark elf. I can speak with Khal as I made a point of grinding faction with them a few levels back after being slapped around by the guards there.

Anyway, I went from my trainer to the drinken master, and accepted the quest to go buy him some beer. I approach Zarabadi Landing with some caution and see that all the mobs are yellow so I approach the quest mob only to have him attack me. I can't get him to let me buy the item I need. I suspect I need to go grind some faction, but I don't know what needs to die for me to be able to complete this quest.

Anybody able to help?
