Just curious to see how Monks are fairing in PVP?  I am rolling a Monk hour 1 on FFA PVP server and wanted your opinions on how well the Monk will do as it relates to pvp.  I have played Eq2 since hour one of its PVP launch rolling a SK and a bruiser.  Loved the Bruiser....Hated the SK.  I was hoping to get your opinions on how well the PVP monk will be one on one.

Im not too sure how they will go to start with, they dont have great crowd control, or haste abilities.
and ive heard their dps is a bit low at the moment. but it should be a real fun class to play if they can
get the class balance fixed up abit

I've done pretty good in PvP in beta as a monk.  Not really the nastiest thing out there, but monks can hold their own.  To me as a dragon monk, my main advantage in PvP is powerful AoEs.  I can't speak for the other styles though as I have not played them.
