Can someone please help me compile a list of the monk trainers and their side affiliation such as good/evil  and seperate them by continents i have no idea where any of the trainers are.

If and when you enter a city, click on one of the guards and follow their dialogue. They will show you where the monk trainers are.

that hte problem currently i am level 11 and only know of one accessible trainers and he is in the wildmoon area i think.  however everything around there is level 25 and aggro to me which makes it very hard for me.  i am wondering if perhaps there is a lower level area that has a trainer in eastern thestra

As far as I know, thats the first that I have even heard of a trainer in Thestra. I was under the understanding that none of the major cities had them because no Thestran races can be monks.

renton keep and the souther wildmoon retreat both have monk trainers.  i also thought that the dog class or whatever they are, are capable of being monks
