Rumor mill, drunken monks supposedly get Immunity to root, stun, snare?

Was talking with a few people about monks and was told by several they were going to switch from Dragon to Drunken because Drunken monks get an ability that makes them immune to root, stun and snares. Is this true or is it on harmonious monks or is it just wishful thinking?
