I am trying to lower my stat in Shurikans so I can get my points back, I push the negative button but the stat doesnt decrease. Any clue on what I'm doing wrong or is this system not working correctly?

Basically what you will need to do is this. Set the skill that you wish to decrease to the (-) setting. Set all those you wish to increase to the (+) setting. Once all of your skill points are taken and you have no more available, using the weapon spec that you want to increase will now draw from the points of the spec with the (-) setting.

so, is it not a good idea to keep all your skills maxed. I thought each worked with a max stat like eq did. I currently have h2h and a few other skills at 140 at lvl 14 is that not the max? a couple of my skills are very low. do they not all max at say 140 at this lvl. been noticing they will increas about 10 points per lvl.
