Where do I start the quest to pick a style at 15?  Last I played it started in tursh, but I'm pretty sure they would have moved it.

I think the quest shuold start with your monk trainer in the main town, for me it was Martok. the quest will only be available once you reach lvl 15, when I did it in beta i had to travel to khal and the quest went on from there.

my monk trainer in Tanvu sent me to the guy in Khal at level 13.  The guy in Khal however wouldnt let me pick the style yet and said i was too young.  I will be going back to him at 15.  Sorry i cant remember the guys name but thats where it seems it starts.

The guy in Khal talks to you about styles at 15. You trainer should give you the quest at 12-13.

hmm...I just got sent by the trainer at the House of Whispering leave to see the Master in Khal.
I can talk to him about the styles but when I want to accept a quest for a specific style it doesn't let me.
It says "Unable to accept qeust".

I am lvl 15 and I got the quest icon over the head of the monk trainer in Blighted Lands when I hit it.

I don't think I have to be 16 to accept the follow up quest to deliver the letter, right?

Nevermind, I think I figured it out. I wasn't aware that you are only allowed to have one delivery quest at a time.

Mostlikely they have changed this now to safe people the trip. Seen several monk trainers at lvl 14 with the red shield icon (quest soon accessable). And thus at 15 i was able to get the quest and be send to Khal. Didn't have time yet to take it from there .
