At the armor vendor infront of the n00b city in Martok there is a medium armor vendor. He sells two chest armor, one for 3.9 silver and another for 62 copper. The thing is the one for 3.9 silver is level 11 and has 32 armor class, and the other one for 62 copper is level 16 with 44 armor class. Why would it be 3 silver less for better armor? The only thing I can think of is that the more expensive armor has 9% less equipment expertise so maybe your paying more for less carrying restrictions.
