Is it only me - or have they changed Divine Typhoon - and it's followup - to be single-target only now?

Stumbled over it as i recently massfarmed 2dots in ToT for skinning - and found out that mobs won't go down as fast as usual ...

Yes, this caught my I when AE-killing mobs in OT to spawn nameds, or more like it didn't caught my eye - I click typhoon, and no numbers on my screen...
