I agree with Fujitsu. Although the Harmonious monk starts out slower than the Dragon style, you will soon enough find yourself able to solo just about everything you'd need to. Even then, the Harmonious monk's debuffs are great not only for solo but for grouping as well. Haromious monks make a good tank for small groups like your duo/trio with the druids.
Mainly stick with the Crane stance like Fujitsu said,
but be sure you make use of your tiger stance using "Ashen Hand" when you've got extra Jin to waste & plenty of hps, you could even use the tiger stance for your special/chain attacks to maximize damage outcome
