Okay so its not chunk or raid related.  And your using default ui.

Now to see if kivik and binolyen were grouped with druids... because last night we had no druid on, so that might be it.

Drox UI 2.4 used.There was a druid present but he was in G4 on the 1st time and not even in the raid the other 2x it happened.Log out and back in fixed it but the way buffs were going last night a log ment total buff wipe(self buffs included) so the last time i just stayed in since all my pulling abilities worked.
Auto attack and Ranged attack both also worked as did jin surge.Oddly i was able to force crit with the Kick that stuns(name escapes me) and it would open my chains which i could then use.At the end of the chain tho i was back to nothing working.

Using Standard UI with Infomap addon.

Raid in APW no druids, was in a group with paladin, bloodmage, cleric, rogue bard.

Pulled mob, came back and FD'd agro to the paladin, got up and engaged, one of the first things i normally do is add hate to him. Unfortunately right as I was doing this he died, and after that all my clickable abilties were locked out.

I could start attacking but only with auto attack. I Fd'd several times and this failed to clear it. Tried attacking 2 more mobs without success and eventually had to camp in and out to clear the bug.

Previously to GU4 I have seen a bug where if I had someone targted as def target and was hitting the deagro attack and they died it would lock up my specails until I targeted someone else as def target, this seemed rather similar since I had the paladin on def target when he died with the exception being I was adding hate to him instead of removing it.

I was outside Rhaz Inkur.  Grouped with a lvl 44 bard, 49 paladin and a 50 ranger.  We were killing the 4 dot effreeti, and various other 3 and 4 dot mobs in the area.

For those that this is happening to, try using a lower level ability.  Bounless fist VII might be locked out, but boundless fist VI might work.  I created an alternative hotbar for now with the next lower set of abilities for those that are getting locked out.  It saves from having to relog.

This lockout thing happened to me 3 times in RI last night. Group was Monk, Warrior, Necro, Cleric, Pally & Psi. I had to camp out and back in each time it happend.

It actually highlighted 2 of my finishing moves {1000 fists, and the kick one } the rest of them remained greyed out, and all were unusable. The only abilities that I found that I could do were 3 and I don't know their names, but it was the one that lowers the mobs mitigation { I could spam this }, the one that give you a 20% extra change to crit on your next attack { refresh time on this one is long }, & the one that auto crits { again like a 5 minute refresh }.

When I tried to use any other attack it told me something about my refresh timer not being up for that ability.

I have the same problem with this and it happens about 3 to 4 times per night for me since the update.

I think its happening after FD as well. Normally I would have the tank targetted to assist off of, so  i do have a def target.

The lower level abilities do work... The only 3 abilities that lock out for me are six dragons strike, ashen hand, and crescent kick. 

Also before the update (can not confirm yet post update) When I leveled, my chain reactions bar would increase to nearly double in size and basically split up the finishers and adv finishers so i could see them all.. Then after a few fights some would start to disappear until the point i would only have 1 finisher showing up, 2 counters and 1 rescue.

Also, When I hit level 30  (was when GU3 was still active) my storm dragon stance seemed to have been stacked both the old one and the upgraded one.

I've seen a wierd bug since GU4, and i'm not 100% sure how to classify it :
In RI, i FD'ed off an efreet watcher wandering around, and waited for some friends.
He left me but as soon as he was is sight range, i had him on my list of mobs aggroing me, even if he wasnt going after me, and i wasnt in combat.
No matter what, as soon as he was in range, i had him on my list ...

Disciples are having wierd FD bugs : my girl friend is playing one, and their FD success rates as usual suck, but even when she succeeded, the mobs would either go at her, or leave, but rush her as soon as she got up.

Also, it seems the mobs chase you for much longer now before resuming with their "life".

for me the other night in Thelaseen my group had wiped on a bridge where there are no mob spawns.  Of course I had FD'd to res the shaman. Now this mob was stuck on top of our group and wouldnt go away.  I got up a few times and pulled him away from the group, FD'd, and after that he would instantly start walking....And stop right on top of our corpses!  After pulling him 4 or 5 times, he eventually walked back and then disappeared.

Thats an old bug jaoust.  If that happens dead people ned to release (so they are only tombstones now).  Then the mobs will go away.

New bugs hmm, chunking while invis... still shows you invis after chunkline, but doesn't seem to really be affecting anything.  FD occasionally interrupting chains (probabl intended dunno).  Matter of fact, alot more interruptions to chains/chains breaking even without misses...  but the one that's still driving me nuts after all this time... not new, but still existing.  Defensive target dies, every key i got is green ripe for rescuing... and suddenly, i can't use a single ability.  Even after i die and respawn, the normal abilities/triggered are all green and locked.... but i can force crit and use criticals if i have the Jin, otherwise... i'm completely gimp til i logout and return.  Had a few fights.. def target died, switched to new def target, and im still stuck unable to attack accept for autos.  Even if i cleared targets completely, paused auto attacke etc... nothing helps short of /logout.  Help me Fuji Wan Kenobi! ;p


p.s. the new graphic changes suck righteously... minor rant time... some of these guys worked on star wars galaxies... an older title... but they had planets without chunks, decent graphics, ability to customize your appearance to a great extent.. and helmets.  Oh, and every piece of armor was visible...  did they completely forget how to pull off these miracles??

Fuji, is there any chance you could bug the devs about our stupid jab animation bug with secrets? I don't know if I'm the only one but it's been a whole GU since they broke it.

Honestly the #1 reason I started playing a monk is because they looked cool (with the promise of flying leap later) and I feel I've been robbed here. It shouldn't be too much work to fix something animation-wise that worked before.

Yes my abilities "greened out" today when the tank died (my defensive target), could not use crescent kick, goading slap, ashen hand...and various others.
Only fix was a relog, and then upon next mob engage i lose all buffs

Well i talked to silius he says he thinks theyve got it nailed down so thats a plus.

On the other side i was able to reproduce it finally, and i got it to go away after dieing and being rezed
