I wonder if 2 would stack? because 2% isn't very much at all  Tongue

Now if the developer was to play a raid monk and saw the red xp bar im pretty sure they would add more than 2%

Meh, still worthless. What would it take for the devs to do something that helps Monks, instead of just f*cking with us on every single update?
