I wouldnt bother with crafted for t3/4

t3 do hunters league and then CiS armor quests

t4 do celestial ward armor

If you must get armor made, go for str>con>dex armor.  Maybe add boon of health, other then that i wouldnt add anything to t3 or t4 being as you get hp and continental effects when you dont add stuff.

On a side note i prefer qalian armor for the heals ( think its qalian) and thestran armor for the accuracy bonus (i might have those 2 flipped)
