When I try to re-register my beta key, as intrsucted by GameStop and Sigil, I get this message:

Interesting...I was also unaware of Sneak.

In regards to the out-of-combat question.  Lets say you run up to two mobs and FD.  When youre laying there in FD you are not in combat, but you can still use your abilities.  So, you can run up, FD, and then mezz one...aggro'ing the other and bringing only one back to camp
