Drox UI 2.4 used.There was a druid present but he was in G4 on the 1st time and not even in the raid the other 2x it happened.Log out and back in fixed it but the way buffs were going last night a log ment total buff wipe(self buffs included) so the last time i just stayed in since all my pulling abilities worked.
Auto attack and Ranged attack both also worked as did jin surge.Oddly i was able to force crit with the Kick that stuns(name escapes me) and it would open my chains which i could then use.At the end of the chain tho i was back to nothing working.

Defensive
Dragon          10%melee mitigation,  35% spell mitigation 15%slow
Harmonious  8% dodge/parry,   -20%damage  +25%endurance cost reduction
Drunken       9%dodge/mitigation and hate gain


As a Drunken monk if that setup ever went thru i would consider it the ultimate slap in the face to  drunken monks
Why you ask? well keeping in mind harmonious already get a perma +30 ac buff and removing 9pct of our parry would put us leaps and bounds UNDER harmonious as defensive abilities.
Personally i could care less about dps..thats why i rolled drunken back on release..i want Defensive to mean something and the above proposed "Defensive" setup is a Big slap..id rather keep it the way it is that take that setup..if i need to lower my damage on a pull or something ill pop iron skin and when that runs out ill pop ignore pain for the damage reduction and with aum kor up and psi buffs i can get those timers basically halved on refresh use..9 pct mit is meaningless on a medium class.
Again this is how i see it on the DRUNKEN side and the Defense stance side.

Now if only the devs would take notice of these changes and start working with quinn/monk community on them they could acually get it done.
As a drunken i would have no issues to the drunken side of those changes.I wont speak for the other styles though.

Heh BP  and a earing is the only slot i need a upgrade on,However the stupid Molds will just not drop for us.
Hell at this point we have enough mats to make  the tunic so that might be my fastest route.

You can also use Rogues to tag and take  one to the raid then escape then you fd.I have found doors work really well to split mobs up too.Also on a few mobs you can pop RITW/find the center or magnificant drunken stagger then with Secret of ice up hit one(make sure its not immune to the snare) super jump away to create seperation fd,popup  then tag the snared one.
I would say as a monk experiment a little and you will find ways(and yes fast ways)

Adding any form of damage to this attack would be a bad idea..take vercel and siliasauras..their stance is a Very painful damage sheild..and takes several hit to remove.In my opinion just adding a message"x has had their stance removed" would be a great improvement.
As for reuse ..its already fast reuse although the end cost is a bit rough.
Overall its already very useful (yes raiding purpose)except for PvP..fix the PVP side and it would be really good

The boots i saw were on test when they popped the basement vendor so it is likely that zay drops them.

Kota also has a bad ass pair of boots"boots of Blackness".worn effect is +5pct evade and increase runspeed
stats are 163 ac, 17 str,34 dex,102 hp,+22 Melee evasion(0.59%),+77 Damage rating(2.08%)---yes straight Damage..not just melee rating.

Depends what style really..Harmonious/drunken get Great avoidance skills and can go more dps over solid hp i think while dragon im not so sure as i have not been that style and im sure others will chime in on their thoughts.
I would say if ya plan to do any serious pulling /holding stuff 6500-7kunbuffed hp is what i would aim for on raids..rest dps based(we are a dps class after all).Flawless pariah's is a good solid raid set imo.Also you could prolly solo in this format pretty well.

Update on the APW gear increases...it was a mistake on programers ..they set item levels to 58 and not 53 so they scaled wrong =(..they since patched and all is back to normal =(
