i never said that i was saying everyone says having no wraps is bad but its letting me equip higher lvl wraps and raising my dmg significantly

its these http://vg-en.curse-gaming.com/database/items/details/470659/tarnished-ulak/ they make my dmg 62-65 with my other wraps on my secondary hand 60-63 w/o the other wraps

Im lvl 12 monk and its letting me equip lvl 18 wraps, im not sure if it just lets you equipe them but u dont get extra dmg or ift its a glitch , this happen to any1 else\|?
