Which Classes Cast Intel Buffs?? I want to get done getting this skill sometime before I'm lv 30 ROFL. Thanks for the Tips!
Off the top of my head: - druids - necros - psios - clerics - blood mages ==> not all of which will stack.

Try switching on auto-attack by using %. You can rekey it through the settings. Maybe you could also just try to open with Crescent Kick or summit. If you can't target it, then yes - you're facing a bug.

Since I switched to Harmonious, I can solo 2-dots and 3-dots non-stop. I do have two heals at my disposal as an Orc, though - Ignore Pain and Fury of Ghalnn, my racial ability that's basically a full heal if combined with Ashen Hand and anything else. I usually take on two-dots with my Martial Staff and 3-dots with my Martial Sword.

As to the ideal build, I'm sitting at about 28% mitigation as an Orc Dragon in Stone Dragon stance, and my gear isn't even that great. Hell, I don't even have any lucent jewelry yet but the Warrior rank necklace. I'd also doubt the value of evasion, since it only seems to work half the time.
And Maciver, it does get harder the higher in level you become. Maybe the effect is less noticeable since you started after GU 3.2? I know I had huge problems taking on even con 3-dots at level 50, even when using my self heal and racial I would have about a 40% success rate. Then again, I'm a Dragon, possibly the worst solo-wise of any class. It's better now - I can manage to take down a 40 4-dot without using my self heal if I'm lucky, and about a 51-52 3-dot now.

Hmm, it's happened when I was in Secret of Fire today, too. For the purpose of narrowing down causes, here's the group setup (all assumed to have buffed me with everything they had): - DK - Disciple - Rogue - Blood Mage - Peace Cleric - Me, Dragon Monk.
Stance doesn't seem to matter, I've had this issue in all three Dragon stances. What will happen is the Jin does get consumed, yet the buff icon doesn't appear, and it doesn't have any effect - damage is normal.

I knew it might not work beforehand and still went and got the item - you never know what they might put on it. Maybe they'll eventually even make the only wise decision - to make FD skill based again like in beta and EQ1.

He said they'll revamp the +FD items replacing the °FD by "other cool stuff for monks and disciples" ... Wonder what that means ?
Probably an instant Jin boost or something - can't think of anything else that would be mutually beneficial to both classes.

Monk Discussion / Monk General / Fist of Celerity and Secret of Ice

Hi fellow Monks,
As you might know, I'm a Dragon. I've discovered this bug - sometimes Fist of Celerity will fail to activate but will have its reuse timer activated. Every time I've paid attention to it, it's been happening when Secret of Ice was on. It hasn't yet happened with Secret of Fire on. Maybe its cause is a cross between a Dragon stance and SoI / FoC, maybe not.
Have any of you noticed it?
