Yeah i have a martial sword and that I was thinkin staff but if its a martial sword I will go ahead and use that. my armor is not the best but it is far from bein the bottom of the pile either. I will give it another shot tonight

Ok last night I logged on and started the long trek to switch from dragon to harm style. In which it took forever but I finally made it!

So now with my great new style that I have been seein that you can solo higher levels with and be able to own with, I start out by recallin to moonship ward. I go and turn on the one stance and start to med to learn some of the new skills great. ( keep in mind I am level 35 ). I got a few new moves and decide to walk up the hill and take on my first mob a level 28 2 dotter.

I get complety owned, and I am not even sure how it even happened 

So then I say well it must have been a fluke and well it couldn't happen again lets go towards VT and try and kill some of the guys around VT that aren't the 4 dot ones but like 29 2 dotters.

Owned again 

So then I ask a monk which he was very nice to take the time to respond ( if he reads this board thank you very much for the reply) for the secret on how to solo while harm. he says debuffs, and then drop all your dots and I can tell ya one thing maybe I am just a confused individual but I went and was trying to follow what skills I should be using and half of them he was telling me I did not have.

Before I go insane from switching the styles, how can I solo?? I know I am doin somethin wrong, i know I am. And another weird part about this I logged complety out and logged complety in, and when I was attacking mobs since I was dragon style before they were still gettin hit with the lightning   

so please anyone give me some help before i go insane lol

I wanted to say howdy everyone I am coming back.
I am a level 36 dragon monk and been thinkin of switchin to harm style where do I go and do this, and is that a good thing to go ahead and do if I want to solo 2 or 3 dot mobs higher then me.

quinn I have a question but have to say I like what I am seeing here. The damage is goin to be goin up fantastic. But I am a level 30 dragon style monk.

Is our damage at 30 going to go up, right now grouping with friends in game I still can't out damage the damn bard or rogue or ranger for that matter. I don't have that skill yet for the exploding heart move but what should I expect with the update? sorry if this has been asked previously.

Well I can say this i took a 2 week break from playin came back and had a little fun last night but I still couldn't belive we still haven't been looked at. I can't belive it sucks I wish they would just suprise us with the patch like on tuesday or monday or something. Then we can get back into the buisness of kickin in mobs faces lol

I belive you get another abilty at level 22 ( don't mind me i forget what you get still early here only got 4 hours of sleep lol 

I was thinking about this today, and not sure if we should or if quinn has maybe thought or if it is posted somewherem but I was thinking of maybe we should try and get like a combo system of for the diffrent styles like a few mentioned in here, that would really help.

Like for example - " boundless fist -> jin surge -> six dragon strike"

if we can compile a list and have in a FAQ or have it stickied that would rule since there are combo finshers and stuff out there. And like i said somewhere in another post I had no idea that you could do certin combos lol I was just mashing the buttons together last night to get out DPS.
