The votes are in, and our community has spoken.  Disciples - you now have a home at VanguardMonks!  Smiley

There are a few things that need to be finished on the Monk side of the site, but I will soon begin filling out some content areas especially for you guys.  But for now, let's get some threads going about the Disciple class.

I was wondering the same exact thing.  if VIT makes a big difference, I would probably max DEX and VIT.  Otherwise, I'm  going 50% DEX, 25% STR, 25% CON.

If you are sure they have no comunity site already it would be a good idea I think.

While our official VG roles differ, both classes know the true power lies in your fist not some sword  Cool

They don't - at least not according to the new community / fansite page here:

I'm considering expanding VanguardMonks.com and adding a section for the Disciple class.  As of now, there is no community dedicated to them (there are general archetype forums, but nothing specific) and they seem to be an under-played class in Vanguard (possibly due to lack of available information on the class - but mostly because Blood Mages represent a huge percentage of healers...)  Have any of you considered playing a Disciple?  Would you welcome them to our ranks?

*sigh* yeah, I need to revise it again.  I figured it was a safe bet to enter everything after the close of beta, but I guess Sigil can't leave things alone for that long.  I've been playing in my spare time over the last few days to take advantage of the head-start, but once things calm down a little I'll go over all the numbers and get them up to date again.

Huh...  Dojo and I are also on Woefeather...  Must be some kind of monk telepathy going on here.  Smiley

I had a few ideas on this - I was thiking that once I have enough info in there on the mastery abilities, I could add a drop-down or check boxes to filter the mastery abilities.  I agree - it's confusing for now, but the majority of what is in there now is Dragon Mastery - since that's what we got buffed to towards the end of beta.  Other sites have very little info on Drunken and Harmonious as well - so there's not much usable info out there at the moment.  :\
