The Eagle mitigation debuff is huge for groups especially against mobs which have high mitigation (duh). It's a great skill and I personally see no reason to buff it. If anything 15% is too much. If you think it's not doing much for dps, than you haven't really experienced higher level grouping etc etc, I'm not trying to insult you but just saying it adds huge dividends.
and Tiger Stance is utterly useless and pathetic- no Monk uses it, and if they do theyre an idiot.
Huh?
You might need to develop this, I've soloed 3 levels 18-20 in 8 hours only using Tiger Stance.
I agree, Tiger Stance is very nice, you just have to pick and choose how you use it, it's not a spamfest like Crane. It is imperative that you have a lot of Jin when you use it in order to make up for the high endurance costs. Critting on almost every Ashen is great for Flying Kick chains.
This does not work for me, I just keep getting the message "You don't have knowledge of that".
In reply to when/how you get stances, you get stances at level 15 when you choose your martial style. For example, Harmonious Style gets Tiger, Harmonious Body, and Crane.
I'm specifically interested in a macro that will allow for quick stance changing, instead of just clicking on the UI. The combat ui macros over at Ten Ton Hammer do not appear to work. Thanks in advance if anyone has any information on this.
