31  Monk Discussion / Monk General / Re: Drunken Monk Style at 50, my thoughts. on: April 12, 2007, 02:33:57 AM
......
Some people are saying that I dont post enough, now I am teasing....  I'll just have to get a thicker skin as I just can't please everyone. Basicly it comes down to this. I give y'all what information I get and don't necessarily wait the full story. Sometimes it works other times not so much. The point is, your in the loop and you know what I know.
.....

This is kinda the wrong place for this, but I'm am not a monk.  Yet I'm extremely thankful for the hard work you've done in serving as the voice of the players and the voice of the devs.

Drunken Monks may want to keep Martial Sword up for off-tanking.

It's around level 40 unless they changed it from beta.
35  Monk Discussion / Monk General / Question about Secret of Celerity. on: February 16, 2007, 12:15:28 PM
When you use Secret of Celerity, do have to trigger the ability twice, or will it automatically do a double attack?
36  Monk Discussion / Monk General / Re: Help me choose a Style/Path on: February 15, 2007, 02:17:33 AM
Yes, each master has there own special Aum and hidden abilities.  Though I've yet to see a complete list of all of the hidden Master level moves.

Drunken mastery does sound as a good choice really. But I have a question Smiley

Aum of the Stumbling Master

Chanting this while meditating will allow you the chance to learn an available ability.

What exactly does that mean?

Basically, it allows you to learn hidden master level abilities.   These abilities will be unique for your style.  For example a Drunken monk can meditate and use Aum of the Stumbling Master at 15 to learn Jeering Kick which is a Drunken Master move.  A Dragon or Harmonious Body style monk wouldn't be able to learn that ability.
38  Monk Discussion / Monk General / Re: Rumor mill, drunken monks supposedly get Immunity to root, stun, snare? on: February 15, 2007, 01:27:42 AM
Drunken monks do have this ability

Could you clarify more.  Such as, what and when Drunken Monks is/get said ability?
39  Monk Discussion / Monk General / Monk Stealth? on: February 11, 2007, 12:39:42 AM
I keep hearing tidbits about monk's having a stealth mode,  Is this true or is it bs?
40  Monk Discussion / Monk Quests / Re: Drunken Style Faction Problem? on: February 01, 2007, 11:44:11 PM
In the end I doubt racial stats will really have a large effect on ability to do your job.  If he wants to be a Dark Elf then let him be a Dark Elf Monk.  And what Dragon Master Monk wouldn't want his own pet dragon?
