offhand crit chance from weapons is cut in half, so your primary is 5% and secondary will be 2.5% now. i'm not sure about how they add up though.

it seems that if you want dps and utility, go harmonious. that is thw midway between the two i think. lots of debuffs which is great utility. i'm harmonious, and liking it quite a lot. loving the mitigation - it allows me to take some hits but doesn't limit my damage too much.
