Yes, it would be nice if issues with some of the things our class does would get fixed asap.  But they aren't.  We aren't the only fish they have to fry.

Were we perhaps misled to believe changes were coming soon?  Sure.  And are those changes not forthcoming?  Heck yeah.  Welcome to the real world!

You should convert to rampant pessimism like I have!  Then you expect everyone who promises something to be lying thru their teeth.  Makes life a whole lot more relaxing.  And when someone does come thru on a promise?  It's a nice surprise because it wasn't taken for granted from the beginning.

But honestly?  If you're so miserable and pissed about what your monk does, change to Harmonious until Drunken or Dragon is fixed or just play a different class.

There's now only the 4 servers: Halgar, Sartok (PvP), Seradon, and Xeth.

I play on Seradon and live in Arizona, which is Mountain Standard.  Tend to meet alot of folks who live in the EST, but am usually able to worm myself into groups with no problem.

Ditto for me, Rho.  I seem to be able to get to these boards with no glaring access denied screen popping up.  Thank god our IT dept isn't as sophisticated as they like to think they are... or they could just be sneaky and the IT gestapo is on it's way to kidnap and interrogate me now...

Did the whole monk thing in EQ1 and 2, but two-boxed her with a cleric - ADHD is so sad. 

I've already leveled a cleric up to 50 but decided that monk is just too much fun to resist!  She's a Drunken Dark Elf on Seradon.  Looking forward to leveling her up asap so that I can take her to APW instead of the darn cleric.
