I can confirm goading slap is one of them. I will edit this post if/when I remeber to get the info off it.

Oh.....didnt think monks had any dropped abilities yet! They really live?

Hoping for an FD that has a far lower chance of fail but not getting my hopes up too much  ::)

Kinda sad the 2 upgrades are basicly worthless ones. 

1) They probably wont upgrade FD, its already 90% success on even con mobs.  An expansion with a higher lvl cap will give us a better one. (Or a group one)

2) Crescent kick is a jin builder, and its dmg is/always was minimal.  THe upgrade uped its dmg minorly, but left jin and reuse time alone so its nt like we got an upgrade to back stab or chaos volley.

3)  Im holding out faith that we get more upgrades later one for better skills   Ashen hand/PeH/Secret of Flame, etc  because goading slap and crescent kick are probably are most pathetic dmg attacks.

The upgrade to goading slap is not one to dismiss guys..2400 hate  is really nice  and greatly helps on alot of big fights.
It also lets mobs die faster with less damage to the raid force.Drunken with just aum kor on and raid refresh haste bugs i put this on tank no less then every 18 seconds.
The cresent kick..i was not to happy with that one at all

So is that a yes? Monk abilities do drop in APW?

Yes there are upgrades to exsisting monk abilities in APW. 

Crescent Kick isn't really that bad since it doesn't incur global cooldown.  You can use it right on top of any other attack you want, so in essence, it supplements all your other attacks with extra damage.  The cooldown is what kills it a bit, so I guess an extra 200 damage every ~5 seconds (with haste) isn't stellar, but if Ashen Hand got an upgrade I doubt it would be more than an extra 200 damage.  Although I reserve the right to be wrong.  :P

I got one of those as well about 6 days after you did it seems. Very nice claws and Gratz BTW on the WWF!

Thanks draxs.However after talking with a fellow guilded monk i decided that it would benifit him more then myself so i took myself out of the loot.I did however get the Tam thi 1st because of my passing (we worked it out between us monks)

Im actually in an apw raiding guild now, more casual then anything figured id pick up a piece or two of rot gear and some monk toys since im their only monk :-p

Btw Kivik,(Or another monks with the claws) has your guildmate done much testion on how much jin, life, and strength is tapped when Senate Enforcer procs?

It's a 5% proc so it procs about as much as vendetta or any other 5% proc rate weapon.

I think it is +20 strength for 6 seconds and aprox 1500 lifetap on APW mobs. The tap varries but thats a decent avg.
