Vanguard Monks

So ive hit lvl 18 now, and all my gear slots are filled almost except for my cloak. Are there any quests around this level where i can get one? I havent seen any quests with that as a reward yet..

Donovans roost has a nice cloak quest around that level... it will lead into the CIS weapon/armor questline as well

I would suggest starting this at 20-22 ish.  There's a gnome there who you have to talk to before he gives u the quest.  I don't believe they intended there to be cloaks earlier than that.

Where does this start. Im from Kojan. You know the step child of continents. Please let me know where it starts as im am runinng out of things to do in kojan. im a 23 dragon monk.

You'll have to go to the west of ahgram, in qalia, there's a small camp (Donovans roost) in front of the CIS

Fastest way from tanvu is to take the teleporter at the docks to Khal. Once there turn and go over the wall down to the docks again to the left side teleporter at the Khal docks and let him port you to Ahgram.

There you ride around the main city (just leave the docks to the right and ride around and along ahgram - if you follow the pathway you will automatically ride towards the mining company and pass Donovans Roost on your right on the way. (It's a little encampement with a few people right hand side up a bit on the hill). If you see scorpions, whirlwinds, jackals and giant spiders you are on the right track ;)
