You typically have to complete 2 quests at L15 to get your Anum.  Once you have completed these quests, the Anum should appear in your General skills tab.

The Harmony Master will have you do three things....

1) Lotus/Lily from underwater under Julian's Crossing bridge. Nice fun jump. :)
2) Sack of grain from docks at Tawar ??. Forgot its name. Simple.
3) Well water from spring in Half Elf starting place. Simple.

He then accepts you and gives you the harmony Aum.

When u reiceve ur harmony aum it will be in your GENERAL skills tab along with recall, torch, etc.
Note it's general tab, not fighting skills tab!

Another question, I see all the aums say Harmonious, does that mean Drunken and Dragon miss out some of these aums?

If it is listed as a Harmony Discipline than all monks get it. It if is listed as a Harmony Master skill, then only Harmony Monks get it. Same for all styles. A Mastery skill is that style specialist only. Discipline skills, which you typically learn from the monk trainers, are all monks. Mastery skills are self learned through meditation and quests, so far.
