Don't quote me on this but I beleive it is any monk trainer, howver it is a bug from the recent patch that caused it to go missing. I think!

Yeah I went to three different monk trainers yesterday after this patch to fix this and none of them had the text to change your attributes anymore. So if they "fixed" this, then they only let a specific trainer have it cause i have yet to find that trainer that will let you reset attributes ;)

This might be rough cause i'm still new to the game sadly. But one was on the land mass thats mostly islands(qalia?) on the east side in the middle of the biggest land mass, location names elude me generally.

Another was the one in Renton Keep

The last I can't remember where it was but it was on Thestra but i was brought there and had no idea where I was.

Kojani is the islands one.  Sounds like an outpost in cailbriel /tanvu area/tawar galan area

Renton keep doesnt have a monk trainer that i know of

Ill take a spin this weekend see if i can track em down, however if you find them, get their name and general area (aka monk trainer in southwatch castle)

the renton keep one is inside near the prince/king guy on the far left next to the other two trainers. He's definetly there.

Ok the Kojani one is at an outpost that is like smack in front of some demon thingy w/ flying occulus and little gremlins.

I may be misunderstanding what you mean by "Trainers" But the class trainers do not change your attributes for you anymore... There are special NPC's most likely near the trainers that will allow you to change your attribute points. They have a fairly obvious title under their name that informs you they are there to reallocate your attribute points... I know for a fact there is one in the same building as the monk trainer in Khal.

Hope this helps...

They did change it... currently there should be an npc to reallocate your adventuring and crafting attribute points in Khal, Ahgram, New Targanor, and Tanvu...

Not sure on the exact locations of them all however I do know the Khal NPC is located in the same building as the monk trainer.
